为相册添加一个"重新安排项目（Rearrange Items）"的菜单链接。这是作为"Reorder Items"的又一选择，不过它更视觉化。此模块需要JavaScript的支持。
用法[ ]
- 点击需要移动的相片。在相片周围应该会出现红色边框。
- 放开鼠标按键并点击要跟随其后（刚才那张相片）的相片。请勿拖动此相片。你应当看到第一张相片被移动到了新的位置。
- 当相片以适当的次序排列好了之后，点击保存按钮。
