Exporting your WordPress data (posts, pages, commetns, custom fields, categories, and tags) is sometimes necessary and useful. If you are moving to a new host or just want a backup of your blog, then Exporting your blog is the answer. Once the Export file is created, that file can be used for import by the WordPress:Manage Import SubPanel.

导出你的WordPress数据（文章，网页，评论，自定义区，类别，和标签）有时候是必要的，也很有用。如果你选择使用一个新的主机，或者就想要备份你的博客，那么你可以导出你的博客。导出文件创建好了之后，管理导出子面板就可以使用这个文件导出博客。

The WordPress:Manage Export SubPanel is quite simple, just designate the author (or all authors) you wish to Export and click the export button.

管理导出子面板非常简单，你只要指定你想要导出的作者（或者所有的作者）并且点击导出按钮。

When you click the button below WordPress will create an XML file for you to save to your computer.

当你点击下面的按钮的时候，WordPress会为你创建一个XML文件，让你保存到电脑上。

This format, which we call WordPress eXtended RSS or WXR, will contain your posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags.

这个格式，我们称之为WordPress eXtended RSS 或者WXR，将会包含你的文章，网页，评论，自定义范围，类别和标签。

Once you’ve saved the download file, you can use the Import function on another WordPress blog to import this blog. 保存了下载的文件之后，你可以使用这个文件在另一个WordPress博客上啊，向这个博客导入函数。

选项

• Restrict Author - use this pulldown box to select a particular author so as to limit the posts exported, or leave at "All Authors" to export all posts.

• 限定作者 –使用这个下拉框，选中一个作者，这样就会限制导出的文章，或者保留"所有的作者"，导出所有的文章。

• Download Export File - click this button and the file will be created and you will be asked to save that file to your local computer.

• 下载导出文件 – 点击这个按钮，就会创建文件，你就会被要求，将文件保存到你的本地电脑。
