获取栏目ID
- int GetChannelIDByChannelIndex(int siteID , string channelIndex)
函数参数

| int | 返回对应的栏目ID |
本接口函数通过站点ID和栏目索引获取对于的栏目ID。如果没有对于的栏目，函数将返回值0。
